Enicson Limited is operating premium rate services in the UK using short code 88788. Technically, we are an "Information provider" in difference to a "Service provider" - which means that we're not connected to network operators directly but make use of another party, Zamano PLC, to handle our billing and message delivery.
We advice you to visit the web site of your service directly to find out more about it and contact customer support using the service in question. Alternatively, you can stop all services provided by Enicson directly.
Enicson Limited offers different services and application which are billed directly to your mobile phone via short messages. These short messages will cost you £3 each - the number of short messages depends on the service you subscribed to. The billed short messages will come from number 88788 in the UK. Unless prefixed with "FreeMsg", each message you received will deduct £3 from your phone's credit and should show up in your monthly invoice.
Premium rate services in the UK are regulated by Phonepay Plus. While we of course would prefer you to talk to us first, complaints to PPP will ensure you're treated fairly by a third party not interested in profiting from either of us. Think of it as taking us to court on questions you feel you cannot solve with us directly. We will however try to be as helpful as possible, so please give us a try and the benefit of doubt first.
If you are a member of one of our services on short code 88788, you can unsubscribe without further charge at any time by simply sending the word STOP to 88788.
Please make sure you send a plain text message containing only the word STOP (case doesn't matter). We do have fairly advanced filter technology making sure we catch most misspellings, but we cannot guarantee to unsubscribe you from any of our services if you do not send in STOP correctly. Your messages are read by a computer only, and computer intelligence is limited to what we can make it anticipate. We do have human operators looking over our log files, but keep in mind that there's a lot of messages to see and nobody can read them all.
You should receive a message confirming your unsubscription. If you do not receive a confirmation within an hour of unsubscription, please contact Customer Support on 08445564810.
Phonepay Plus requires information providers to also allow people to stop all services operated on a short code by texting STOP ALL. Enicson Limited does not separate STOP and STOP ALL - every STOP is treated like a STOP ALL and cancels all your subscriptions with us on any short code, ensuring we do not contact or charge you in the future.
You have unsubscribed from our service but continue to receive billed short messages when topping up your phone?
These messages have most likely been send before you opted out and were queued at your mobile network provider. Your provider will try to deliver these messages to you and succeed as soon as you top up your account.
Please note that those queued messages are out of our control; we cannot delete them from the mobile network provider's system and thus cannot stop them from being delivered to you. We advise you to speak to your mobile network provider directly and ask them to cancel all outstanding messages.
